CMS Highlights State Medicaid Policies to Improve Access to Long-Acting Reversible Contraceptive Methods

On April 8, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released an “Informational Bulletin” on state Medicaid payment policies intended to make long-acting reversible contraceptive (LARC) methods more available to Medicaid and CHIP beneficiaries. New Special Enrollment Confirmation Process Announced

On February 24, 2016, CMS announced a new Special Enrollment Confirmation Process.
