Exhibitor Package Handling Instructions

Packages may be delivered to hotel up to 3 days prior to the event and must be shipped or picked up no later than 3 days after the event. First 4 boxes complimentary up to 40 lbs. Packages weighing more than 40 lbs., or more than 4 packages will be charged at the following rates:

  • $25.00 per package each way
  • $150.00 per pallet each way

Package storage and handling fees do not include the carrier costs for shipping. The master account will be charged for any boxes requested to be shipped back to the sender. The following information must be provided on each box:

  • Name of the Event Manager: Kyla Kosalka
  • Company On-site Representative: Kerri Jones
  • Event and Event Date: 2025 Nebraska Community Health Conference – Tuesday, September 9th, 2025
  • Telephone Number of Sending Party
  • If a shipment contains multiple boxes, all boxes need to be labeled as follows: 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3

This is an opportunity to showcase products and services beneficial to conference attendees. The small, intimate size of this conference enables exhibitors to connect one-on-one with potential customers. Sponsors benefit from high visibility with exhibit spaces located in the main conference room to maximize networking opportunities between sponsors and attendees. The exhibitor hall will be open from 7:00am-4:30pm.

For only $400, exhibitors receive:

  • Two exhibitor badges for the full conference

  • Invitation to HCAN’s Welcome Reception on Monday, September 8 on the Lied Lodge Sunset Terrace
