Workforce development is an important part of HCAN’s work with the Nebraska’s Health Centers to develop personalized recruitment and retention strategies, in addition to providing direct candidate referrals. HCAN provides permanent recruitment support and candidate referrals to Nebraska’s Federally Qualified Health Centers that make primary health care available to urban and rural underserved populations. We strive to achieve health care access for all and to eradicate health disparities to assure every Nebraskan has affordable and regular primary health care providers.
Nebraska Health Centers who are interested in gaining recruitment assistance through HCAN are encouraged to contact Keshia Bradford, Director of Outreach & Enrollment and complete the following HCAN Request for Provider Recruitment Assistance forms and submit electronically to KBradford@HCANebraska.org . Clinicians/Candidates interested in learning more about practice opportunities in Nebraska are encouraged to complete the on-line candidate profile form and contact Keshia Bradford by calling 402.933.3519.
