All cancellation requests must be received in writing by November 5th, 2025, and will be assessed a $25 processing fee (per person). Health Center Association of Nebraska (HCAN) strongly encourages and accepts substitutions for registered attendees. To cancel or request a substitution for registration please contact Daphne Calhoun (djc@hcanebraska.org) at your earliest convenience. No refunds will be issued after November 5th, 2025. “No-shows” are non-refundable. Responsibility for full payment amount remains if cancellation request is not received by November 5th, 2025.
