2025 Region VII Uniform Data System (UDS) Training

This annual UDS training will be conducted virtually via Zoom. Participants should plan to attend all sessions for a full and comprehensive understanding of the complete UDS report. Click here to view the agenda.

Dates & Times:

• Part 1: November 12th, 2025 – 9:00am – 12:00pm CST
• Part 2: November 19th, 2025 – 9:00am – 12:00pm CST

Registration closes November 3rd, 2025. Registering automatically enrolls you in both sessions.

Cost: $85/attendee

Objectives:

• Understand the who, what, when, where, and how of UDS reporting.
• Discuss common reporting errors and tips for success.
• Review key resources and supports available.

Attendees will:

• Gain an understanding of reporting the UDS including: the patient profile, reporting clinical services and quality of care indicators, operational and financial tables, and other required UDS reporting forms.
• Learn about the new requirements included in 2025 reporting.
• Learn tips for success including strategies for submission.
• Receive valuable resources that provide further reporting guidance.

Recommended Audience:
Health center, PCA, and HCCN staff involved in collecting and/or reporting of UDS data.

Presenter:
Elise George serves as a Training and Technical Assistance specialist for the BPHC’s Uniform Data System (UDS) program providing direct support to the over 1,400 health centers, vendors, and BPHC staff. She also serves as a UDS reviewer as well as a dedicated member of the support line that provides instruction on the UDS Report over phone and email.
