2026 Speaker Biographies

Warren Brodine partners with clients to deliver optimal financial, patient, and community outcomes. He supports governments, communities, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), hospitals, intermediate risk-bearing organizations, and payers through strategic innovation while strengthening system sustainability and long-term viability. 

Warren has over 30 years of experience in the safety-net healthcare arena, initially at the intersection of policy and the delivery of care to rural populations and subsequently guiding FQHCs and affiliated groups in their care design and individual, community, and system impact. In addition, he has worked with associations and consortia, including various provider organizations, to coordinate and collaborate on care delivery, financing, and performance. At HMA, he leads major project development and large-scale contracts, as well as consults with project teams on efficacy and project quality. He also conceives and guides major project development, catalyzing innovation within HMA to design systems and processes for clients nationwide. 

Molly provides strategic counsel to community health centers, healthcare organizations, and state and national associations on a full spectrum of legal, compliance, transactional, and governance matters. Her counsel helps organizations design effective legal structures, policies, and agreements that mitigate risk, ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, and support long-term sustainability and mission alignment.

As outside general counsel to healthcare entities, Molly advises executive leadership and boards of directors on corporate compliance, enterprise risk management, patient privacy and confidentiality, regulatory compliance, professional liability exposure, emergency preparedness, and nonprofit board governance. She frequently serves as a trusted advisor during periods of leadership transition, organizational restructuring, and regulatory scrutiny.

Sharae Huff, COO, is a coach and trainer with Coleman Associates in addition to being the Coleman COO. Before joining the Coleman team, she worked as a leader in community health for 12 years, including as Director of Quality and COO. She led initiatives that improved clinical outcomes, resulting in numerous national quality and disparity-reducing awards. She joined the Coleman team with the goal of advancing the mission of community health centers across the country, working to ensure that the most vulnerable patients get care that is equitable, accessible, and high-quality.  

Tammy K. Rogers is a nationally recognized keynote speaker, Master Facilitator, Storyteller, and Author of five books, including her newest release, Think: The Road Less Traveled, which she debuted at SHRM25. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Tammy brings rare credibility, insight, and real-world perspective to every stage she steps onto.

Ben Schmitz, CPA, FHFMA, is a member of Forvis Mazars’ Kansas City accounting and auditing team. He serves as the relationship and/or audit executive for a variety of organizations, many of them FQHC’s. He started his auditing career in the Kansas City office, joining the assurance staff after a stint in London, England, doing corporate tax work. He has 12 years of experience in assurance and works in the Healthcare Practice.  

Ben is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Missouri Society of CPAs, and the Wisconsin Chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association. He is involved nationally with NACHC and with a variety of state PCAs, including Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Alaska, and speaks at conferences on FQHC-related topics often. His most recent covered topics include sustainability and utilizing Artificial Intelligence in finance.

Bob Siggins is a senior policy advisor in the Washington, D.C. office, focusing his practice on health care regulatory and legislative matters, as well as tax issues. He provides policy insights and assists clients in developing, designing, and implementing their legislative and regulatory strategy. 

Before joining Alston & Bird, Bob served for nine years as Congressman Earl Pomeroy’s chief of staff, overseeing all facets of the congressional operation in Washington, D.C. and North Dakota. In addition to managing legislative, administrative, outreach, press, and scheduling functions, he successfully led Congressman Pomeroy’s campaign through four re-election efforts in one of the most competitive districts in the country. 

Melissa Stratman, CEO of Coleman Associates, brings a uniquely grounded perspective to national healthcare improvement. With 32 years in healthcare, including 26 transformative years with Coleman, her journey began far from the boardroom. Raised on a farm and having tackled her first job as a school janitor, Melissa quips she’s been “dealing with the tough stuff and cleaning up messes” long before she started transforming clinics. 

As a well-respected industry thought leader, Melissa has experience working in various settings, including in a hospital as a Spanish interpreter, for a major national insurance company, at a market research firm, and in a non-English speaking community health center. In her two and a half decades with Coleman Associates, Melissa has guided hundreds of health centers across all 50 states in revitalizing their processes, leadership, and patient care through innovative approaches. Her approach, honed since her early days as a pre-med student and process redesign leader at a community clinic in the late 90s, creates ripple effects from the front desk to the exam room.
