Conference Exhibitor and Sponsorship Opportunities
This is an opportunity to showcase products and services beneficial to conference attendees. The small, intimate size of this conference enables exhibitors to connect one-on-one with potential customers. Exhibitors and sponsors will have time throughout the day, and the Welcome Reception the evening prior, to maximize networking opportunities. The exhibitor hall will be open from 7:30am-4:00pm on Thursday, September 17th .
For only $400, exhibitors receive:
- Two exhibitor badges for the full conference

- Opportunity to have quality interactions with conference attendees and showcase your products during meals and breaks
- Invitation to HCAN’s Welcome Reception on Wednesday, September 16th in the Embassy Suite’s Atrium

- 6′ table and two chairs and complimentary electricity
Exhibitor Registration will close on Friday, August 1st, 2026 or until booths sell out. There are a limited number of booths available – first come, first serve! If you’re an HCAN Platinum-Level Annual Sponsor, your exhibitor booth is free of charge.

Conference Meal Sponsorship Opportunities
Serving as a meal, beverage or reception sponsor at the Nebraska Community Health Conference is a powerful way to enhance your brand visibility and provide a unique opportunity to engage with participants in a relaxed and social setting. Your brand will be prominently displayed on signage by the meal/beverage station, as a thank you for your financial support and partnership.

Terms and Conditions
ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE: Sponsorship, promotional opportunities, and assignment of space will be on a first paid, first-served basis. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests for tabling Exhibitors.
SPONSORSHIP/EXHIBITOR FEES AND PAYMENT: Exhibitor booths are available at a rate of $400 per booth. Payment link will be sent upon completion of the exhibitor registration form. Applications will NOT be processed or space assigned until payment is received. Receipt of payment does not obligate HCAN to accept a contract as binding. HCAN retains the option of returning funds.
CANCELLATION: Cancellations of sponsorship or exhibitors must be directed in writing to Jenna Thomsen at jlt@hcanebraska.org. Refunds will be made at the discretion of HCAN. No refund will be given for a cancellation made within 60 days of set-up day.
EXHIBITOR BOOTH AMENITIES: Each Exhibitor will receive one 6’ table, two chairs, and Exhibitor information published in the conference program and on HCAN’s website. Welcome reception attendance, meals, and full conference registration for up to two attendees is included with the purchase of an exhibitor booth.
SELECTION OF EXHIBITORS: Only organizations whose services and products are appropriately related to the purpose of HCAN shall be permitted to exhibit. HCAN reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit which, in its sole judgment, is inappropriate, this reservation being all inclusive as to person, things, printed matter, products and conduct.
Exhibitor Set-Up and Tear Down
- Your exhibitor booth will be pre-assigned prior to set-up.
- Booth set-up is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, September 16 between 5:00pm-8:00pm OR Thursday, September 17 between 7:00am-8:00am.
- Exhibitors may tear down their booths at 4:00pm on Thursday, September 16th.
- Please do your best to tear down following the close of the conference.
- Exhibitor Hall Hours: Open Thursday, September 17th during meals and designated networking breaks.

Package Storage and Handling
Due to limitations in secured storage space, the Hotel will only accept packages as follows:
- Boxes/packages may be sent for arrival a maximum of 48 hours prior to group arrival and will be marked with the responsible party’s name, Group name, plus “Hold for Arrival Date of Wednesday, September 16, 2026”.
- Boxes up to 36″ x 24″ x 24″ – $10.00 per box
- Larger boxes/display cases – $25.00 per box
- Pallets – $100.00 per pallet

Parking Information
Guests may park in either Market Place Garage or Que Place Garage, both of which are connected to the hotel via skywalk. There will be a charge of $13.50 for guests’ overnight self-parking; and an hourly charge for your attendees who are not staying at the Hotel complimentary for the first hour, $1.50 each hour thereafter and a maximum charge of $13.50 per day. Valet parking is available for $25.00 per day (or current rate at the time of event).
